Description

Umuthi Chinese Cabbage Sprouting Seeds are small, dark brassica seeds used to grow mild, fairly sweet sprouts at home. Although related to turnip, Chinese cabbage sprouts have a gentler flavour that works well in everyday meals. They can be eaten fresh as sprouts or added to salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, stir-fries, and other favourite dishes.

These natural, untreated, non-GMO seeds are vacuum packed to help preserve freshness before sprouting. Why we love it: Chinese cabbage sprouts are a lovely option when you want a brassica sprout that is not too sharp or peppery.
